Hello all,
First of all a big thank you to all the people that has subscribed to the website and also to all the people that has patiently has been helping me with my questions on how to make machinon a more attractive solution for the Smart Home enthusiast.
I still need to contact every single one of you individually (no mass marketing, your opinion is very important!), in the meantime I wanted to share where things are so far with machinon.
For this project to flourish it needs to be used by the big community so the software on it becomes more open and accessible to everyone.

One thing else, some of you have asked what a Community Project like this would look like? As you can see from the pictures of machinon, it is not an easy to design and manufacture device.
Being a community project it means that the units can be manufactured and pass on to the members of the community at a factory cost, with the reassurance that the hardware and its embedded software has a quality assurance of being manufactured properly.
